ان ترقی پذیر ممبر ممالک میں افغانستان سے میانمار اور بھارت سے چین تک کے ممالک شامل ہیں۔ بتایا گیا ہے کہ ترقی پزیر ممبر ممالک کے نجی شعبے کیلئے 2ارب ڈالر مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔ اسی طرح کورونا سے متاثرہ ترقی پذیر ممالک کے بجٹ خسارے کیلئے 13ارب ڈالرمختص کیے گئے ہیں۔ واضح رہے ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک نے 18 مارچ کو ترقی پذیر ممبر ممالک کیلئے 6.5 ارب ڈالر کے مالی تعاون کااعلان کیا تھا، رکن ممالک میں کلی معیشت پرپڑنے والے منفی اثرات کو کم کرنے اورصحت عامہ کے شعبوں میں فوری امداد کے ضمن میں مزید13.5 ارب ڈالر کے مالی تعاون کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
