اسلام آباد(اردوپوائنٹ اخبارتازہ ترین-انٹرنیشنل پریس ایجنسی۔14 اپریل۔2020ء) وزیراعظم عمران خان نے ملک میں جاری کورونا لاک ڈاﺅن میں مزید دو ہفتے توسیع کرنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے بتایا ہے کہ لاک ڈاوَن کو آگے لے کر جارہے ہیں اورجزوی لاک ڈاوَن مزید 2ہفتے تک جاری رہے گا کورونا کے پھیلاﺅ کو روکنے کے لیے لاک ڈاﺅن کو بڑھایا گیا ہے صوبے لاک ڈاﺅن نہیں کھولنا چاہتے تو وفاق ان پر زبردستی نہیں کرئے گا.

اسلام آباد میں نیشنل کورآرڈینیشن کے اجلاس کے بعد وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے صحافیوں سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کورونا وائرس کا پھیلاﺅ روکنے کے لیے ہم نے کرکٹ میچ، گراﺅنڈ، دکانیں، شاپنگ مال، شادی ہال سمیت جہاں بھی لوگ جمع ہوسکتے تھے ان سب کو بند کردیا کیونکہ اگر ایسا نہ کرتے تو وائرس تیزی سے پھیل سکتا تھا. انہوں نے کہاکہ اس وائرس کی ایک عجیب چیز ہے کہ جہاں بھی لوگ جمع ہوتے ہیں وہاں یہ تیزی سے پھیلتا ہے اور اسی لیے دنیا بھر میں لاک ڈاﺅن کردیے گئے ہیں تاکہ لوگوں کو محفوظ رکھا جا سکے.

انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم نے اپنے عوام کے تحفظ اور وائرس کو پھیلاﺅ سے روکنے کے لیے لاک ڈاﺅن میں مزید 2 ہفتے توسیع کا فیصلہ کیا ہے وزیر اعظم نے قوم کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہمارے عوام نے تعاون کرتے ہوئے وائرس کو زیادہ تیزی سے پھیلنے سے روکنے کیلئے بھرپور تعاون کیا جس پر ہم ان کے شکر گزار ہیں اور یہی وجہ ہے کہ وائرس ہمارے اندزوں سے محض 30فیصد پھیلا ہے.

انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم نے جو کم از کم تخمینہ لگایا تھا اس لحاظ سے اب تک 190 اموات ہونی چاہئے تھیں لیکن ہمارے موثر اقدامات اور لاک ڈاﺅن کی بدولت آج اموات کی تعداد اس کی نسبت انتہائی کم ہے وزیر اعظم نے دعویٰ کیا کہ ہمارے اقدامات کی بدولت کیسز ہم ننے جو اندازہ لگایا تھا اس کے مقابلے میں صرف 30فیصد رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں جو ایک اچھی خبر ہے اور امریکا، اٹلی اور اسپین سمیت باقی دنیا کے مقابلے میں ہمارے ملک میں اموات بھی بہت کم ہوئیں.

وزیراعظم نے خبردار کیا کہ یہ وائرس کسی بھی وقت پھیل سکتا ہے تو ہمیں احتیاط کرنا نہیں چھوڑنا چاہیے، سب کو احتیاط کرنی چاہیے انہوں نے کہا کہ جس لحاظ سے یہ وائرس پھیل رہا ہے، اگر اسی طرح پھیلا تو ہمارا صحت کا نظام اس کا بوجھ برداشت کر لے گا جہاں ہم نے اس کی مدد کے لیے وینٹی لیٹرز، ادویہ، حفاظتی کٹس وغیرہ منوائی ہیں. انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر ہم سے بداحتیاطی ہوئی اور یہ وائرس پھیلا تو پھر ہمارا نظام صحت اس بوجھ کو برداشت نہیں کر سکے گا وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ ہم دو محاذوں پر لڑ رہے ہیں جس میں سے ایک کورونا وائرس کا پھیلاﺅ روکنا ہے اور دوسرا مسئلہ بیروزگاری ہے جو سب جگہ پھیل چکی ہے اور ہمیں لاک ڈاﺅن برقرار رکھتے ہوئے انہیں ریلیف فراہم کرنا ہے.

انہوں نے کہا کہ غریبوں کی مدد کے لیے ہم نے احساس پوگرام شروع کیا جو پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا پروگرام ہے اور کبھی بھی اتنی جلدی ہمارے ملک میں ایمرجنسی پروگرام متعارف نہیں کرایا گیا وزیر اعظم نے اپنے پرانے موقف کو ایک مرتبہ پھر دہراتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس پروگرام میں کسی بھی قسم کی سیاسی مداخلت نہیں ہے اور مجھے فخر ہے کہ یہ مکمل طورپر میرٹ پر ہے.

انہوں نے کہا کہ جو لوگ اس پروگرام میں ابتدائی طور پر چھوٹ گئے ہیں ان کے لیے ایس ایم ایس سروس شروع کی جا رہی ہے جس کے ذریعے انہیں بھی 12ہزار روپے کی رقم مل سکے گی عمران خان نے بتایا کہ احساس پروگرام کے تحت اب تک 28لاکھ خاندانوں کو پیسہ مل چکا ہے اور ان میں 45ارب روپے تقسیم کیے گئے ہیں اور یہ پروگرام چلتا رہے گا. وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ ہم نے دیہاتوں میں کسی بھی قسم کی پابندی نہیں لگائی اور اب گندم کی کٹائی کا بھی سیزن ہے جس سے لوگوں کو روزگار بھی ملے گا اور ہمارے پاس وافر مقدار میں اناج بھی ہو گا انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم نے فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ آج سے شہروں میں تعمیرات سمیت کئی صنعتوں کو کھول دیں اور اس معاملے پر تمام صوبوں میں تفصیلی مشاورت ہوئی ہے جس کے بعد 98فیصد اتفاق رائے ہو گیا ہے کہ ہم نے کونسی صنعت کھولنی ہے اور کونسی نہیں کھولنی.

عمران خان نے واضح کیا کہ 18ویں ترمیم کے بعد صوبوں کے پاس اختیارات ہیں تو آج بھی اگر کوئی صوبہ یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ وہ ابھی صنعتیں کھولنے کیلئے تیار نہیں ہیں یا وہ اس معاملے کو موخر کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو یہ اختیار ان کے پاس ہے اور وفاق ان پر اپنی سوچ لاگو نہیں کرے گا. وزیر اعظم نے تعمیراتی صنعت کھولنے کے فیصلے کا دفاع کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ موڈیز نے اپنی رپورٹ میں کہا ہے کہ جس صنعت کو وائرس سے سب سے کم خطرہ ہے اس میں تعمیراتی صنعت سرفہرست ہے انہوں نے بتایا کہ ہم کل کنسٹرکشن انڈسٹری کے لیے ایک آرڈیننس لے کر آ رہے ہیں جو پاکستان کی کنسٹرکشن کی صنعت کے لیے ایسا پیکج ہو گا جو آج تک پاکستان کی تاریخ میں نہیں دیا گیا.

عمران خان نے بیرون ملک پھنسے ہوئے پاکستانیوں کو پیغام دیا کہ حکومت اس مسئلے کو بھی سنجیدگی سے دیکھ رہی ہے لیکن ابتدائی طور پر وائرس باہر سے آنے والے افراد سے پھیلنے کی وجہ سے صوبوں میں بہت خوف ہے کہ اگر ہم نے مکمل تیاری کے بغیر ہم نے پاکستانیوں کو آنے دیا تو خدشہ ہے کہ یہ تیزی سے پھیل سکتا ہے. وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ رمضان المبارک آ رہا ہے اور اس ماہ مبارک میں لوگ مساجد بھی جاتے ہیں تراویح وغیرہ بھی پڑھتے ہیں تو میں نے تمام مکاتب فکر کے علما کو بلانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے جن سے ہم مشاورت کریں گے کہ ہم کیا اقدامات اٹھائیں کہ عبادت بھی کر سکیں اور کورونا سے بھی بچا جا سکے.

 ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a two-week extension to the Corona Lockdown in the country, saying that Lockdown is moving forward and Jazvi Lock Down has announced the extension.  Lockdown has been extended to prevent further spread of Corona. Provinces will not force them if the province does not want to open Lockdown.

 After the National Coordination Meeting in Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan told reporters that to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, we could gather people everywhere including cricket matches, grounds, shops, shopping malls, wedding halls.  All were shut down because if they didn't, the virus could spread faster.  He said that the strange thing about the virus is that it spreads rapidly wherever people gather and hence lockdowns have been done around the world to keep people safe.

 "We have decided to extend the lockdown two more weeks to protect our people and prevent the virus from spreading," the Prime Minister thanked the nation and said that our people cooperate with the virus more rapidly.  We are very grateful to them for their help in preventing the spread of the virus and that is why the virus is spread by only 30% of our population.

 "At least the death toll that we had estimated so far should have been 190, but with our effective measures and lockdowns, the death toll is much lower today," the Prime Minister claimed.  Thanks to the cases we reported only 30% of what we estimated, which is good news and the deaths in our country were much lower than in the rest of the world including USA, Italy and Spain.

 The Prime Minister warned that if the virus can spread at any time, we should not be careful, everyone should be careful. He said that the way this virus is spreading, if it spreads like this, our health system  We will carry loads of ventilators, medications, protective kits, etc. to help with this.  "If we are infected and the virus spreads, then our health will not be able to bear the burden," he said. "We are fighting on two fronts, one of which is to stop the spread of the Corona virus and the other problem."  There is unemployment that has spread everywhere and we have to provide relief to them while maintaining lockdown.

 "To help the poor, we started the Emotion Pogram, the largest program in Pakistan's history, and never before had an emergency program been introduced in our country, the Prime Minister reiterated his old position once again.  "There is no political intervention in this program, and I am proud that it is completely merit," said Huey.

 He said that SMS service is being launched for those who initially missed out on the program through which they will get Rs 12,000 as well.  28 lakh families have received the money and Rs. 45 billion has been distributed and the program will continue.  The Prime Minister said that we did not impose any restrictions in the villages and now there is a wheat harvest season which will also provide employment to the people and we will also have a large quantity of grain.  Today, it has opened several industries, including construction in cities, and detailed consultation has taken place in all the provinces after which 98% consensus is on which industry we should open and which will not be opened.

 Imran Khan made it clear that the provinces have powers after the 18th amendment, so even today if a province thinks that they are not ready to open industries or they want to delay the issue, then they have this option and  The federation will not apply their thinking to them.  Defending the decision to open the construction industry, the Prime Minister said that Modis said in his report that the construction industry is the top one in which the industry is least threatened by the virus.  Which will be a package for Pakistan's construction industry which has not been given in Pakistan's history till date.


 Imran Khan messaged the stranded Pakistanis abroad that the government is looking into the issue seriously but initially the outbreak of virus coming out of the province is very frightening to the provinces if we are not ready for complete preparation.  If we allow Pakistanis to come, then it is feared that it may spread rapidly.  The Prime Minister said that Ramadan is coming and this month people are going to the mosques to read Taraweeh etc. So I have decided to call all the scholars of the school of thought who will advise us on what steps we should take.  Also worship and be saved from Corona
